Battery users..Cell arrangement

I wanted to know if there was any order to the way you lay ur samples out on the matrix and how it might benefit, or is it complete kaos like mine?!

i usually try to have some sort of organisation in it, for some reason the kick tends to go at c1... then a sidechain kick or two next to it. A basic hat and maybe a clap or snare as well on row one. Depending on how the track develops I start adding stuff to the next column, like extra percussion and so. I tend to colour-code stuff that are going to the same outputs and so. The more complex the track gets the more chaotic battery becomes! (but usually I find that the better I think the track is, the less stuff I have in battery..)

As much as possible on row 1, in order of channel send, then try to keep following rows in same order, column 2 = send 2 etc.

being colour blind makes the colour coded stuff tricky at times :(
