Hi guys, i was thinking about the rythmic percussion that dubfire uses in his "Space Bird" remix, that comes in @ 1:33.
What do you think it is? A tom pitched?

Hard to say really.
but what i hear is the same percussion with four different filter settings, probably the cut off is modulated by the keys.
and i think you are right, they play the percussion pitch. the low ones are the scale fundamental and the higher ones i think 6th degree.
