pressing plants

Freind of mine wants to press vinyl - I know there's been a topic, but can't find it anywhere.

Can you recommend any good pressing plants/manufactures - quality is what matters, but price is important as well

A friend of mine got a deal through the distribution company where they mastered and pressed his records, he had to sell a certain number of units... Don't think he made any money at all, but he didn't lose anything..

The distributor he used was Rub a Dub... if that's any help
