Cheap weekend studio/space hire in the UK??

Its become obvious to me that if I am surrounded by too many distractions (GF, forums, internet in general etc), then nothing gets done production wise,
I need to get away for a few days, does anyone know of any cheap studios or spaces for rent?? The only hardware we'd need would be a nice set of monitors..

Similar here - I want to be able to record a mix as I live in central london flat- no space and I cant make a noise. There doesnt appear to be anywhere that I can use!

I was thinkin about hiring a detatched cottage, takin our stuff down and crankin it, thats all I really need..
