Is anybody here selling on What People Play and/or working with them for physical distribution?

I'm trying to get some feedback and user experience on them but there does not seem to be too much written about the success of WhatPeoplePlay.com

and wordandsound is a big player i think ..

It is a sub company of Word and Sound but I'm still trying to get some info on them as a digital store and overall experiences from people who are working with them or have worked with them.

I'm also very curious to know how labels are doing vis a vis sales on WhatPeoplePlay vs Beatport.

Hi Patrick, as you are one of the more knowledgeable and serious people on the board, and running a succesful label, how would you compare your sales on WhatPeoplePlay vis a vis Beatport?

Also, how do you compare the two in terms of setting up promotions and/or marketing activities?

We still sell more on Beatport than the other shops, but the sales are getting better and better on other shops too.

What do you mean with promotions/marketing in regards to WPP and Beatport? They themselves decides what they want to promote on their site.
We are not directly with WPP, we are through a digital aggregator, so I'm not in direct contact with them on a daily basis, but do know many of the people working there.
