Check It Out

nice clean kick, i don't like that hat tho, it sounds liek its missing too many bits. too grainy.
I like the bassline, ditch the extra note at the end of the 4th pattern tho, it adds nothing.

I think the rhodes sounds too much like rhodes, it would be better as a deep pad sound, more richness and character and less punch on the start of the note.

It's dragging on a bit in the middle, im at 3:30 and theres at least 32 bars that could be dropped from here. yeah work on the arrangement, it's like 3 mins too long for the material thats there.


It Won't Hurt

I like this more straight away. I think you need some variation in the main melody - groove fill, you know the one right at the start that continues thru 1:20 or so.

bah, theres that rhodes again. it needs much more attack on the notes.

you've got some nice stuff in here, and nice ideas, but there tracks aren't moving fast enough, too long between transitions, and some sections seem to drag a bit.
