Ableton problem

Post by MarcAshken »

Hey, ive tried emailing ableton but they're being well slow at getting back to me, basically, i changed the custom vsts folder location in preferences to my applications folder on my mac book and it crashed. Then I tried to open it again, and it just crashes when its initializing cos it has to check the custom vsts folder on start up. Ive deinstalled it as best i know how on a mac, searched for all the components and deleted them, than reinstalled but somehow it still thinks my custom vst folder is my apps folder and wont open. I hope thats clear, anyone had this prob at all? Help please lol
thanks

Delete the Ableton preferences file?

Mac OS X: /User/Library/Preferences/Ableton/Live
