take a vocoder, and modulate a speak and spell or voice synthesiser with a square wave. rock the cutoff effect, each variation in the filter freq will produce a distinctive phoneme sound. like going "oh ooh ah wah yah oah aoh" with your mouth, making silly noises that probably annoy most people.
