Not really complicated... could probably be done with moog or mopho.

I've come across that bass as a preset on the ms2000r, moog (try the minimonsta which I think is styled on the voyager) and FM8.

Very common preset this, normally called 'house bass' or 'deep moog bass' something like that.

Think you could probably also get a fair stab at it using a 101 as well.

Making the bass is the easy bit though - mixing it, tuning the other sounds to fit and getting a nice synare sound like that to float about on top would be the difficult parts.
