any others guys??
Some good suggestions so far, but a lot of them straying a little tooo far from house/techno and most just straight up garage/2 step..
Dont get me wrong, i am liking the current 2-step/garage scene, some really inspiring music coming out of it..but its just a little too far out of my comfort zone dj wise..
so, any other ideas?

I always thought getting out of your comfort zone was a way to remain interesting, but maybe that's just me.
If you're really trying to straddle the sounds, you may HAVE to step out of your comfort zone, and you may find yourself all the better for having done it. That's kinda what happened to me when I found these artists.
Someone has already mentioned 2562/A Made Up Sound, Scuba and Untold. Really that's the shizz right there. You'll find a lot of straight 4 to the floor in there if you look hard enough.
Also, Ramadanman/Pearson Sound, Martyn, Sigha, Peverelist, Al Tourettes, Kontext, Moderat, F, Ike Release, Xxxy, Appleblim, Furesshu, Shed...
Those are just some off the top of my head.
