Playing RealAudio/Video files without using RealPlayer

Post by Renze »

Found this:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Rea ... native.htm

I'm using it, it works great, I think Media Player Classic comes with the Package, however I'm not sure. (MPC is still accesible in WinXP through start->run->typing in 'mplayer2')

Very nice if you don't want to install RealPlayer. I'm not sure if this works on Mac though...

thats a good thing though marcus - the very worst thing you can ever do is let real player know you have an internet connection... bloody thing just boots up and sits there hogging resources otherwise...
