i'm not an expert but i believe that it's possible to adjust the response of the encoders.

or maybe it's something that they move faster the faster you move them. so if you do a fast snappy twist it will move more.

all i remember is that someone was having the same issues, but found a solution.

BLM, the encoders are acting fucked like mine. Get yourself a bottle of 100% Deoxit and follow the instructions on this page:

Mine were acting crazy and have been fine since I did that. I bought an extra bottle just in case it happens again.
