HELP!! on Ableton Rendering :(

I followed MarcAshken advice.. it froze so many times in so many different ways I'm so scared :S

ableton used to glitch out on me alot too, you could try freezing all the tracks. Also, go into you audio input preferences and disable all external audio inputs, then try again an hope for the best. If worst comes to worst, try rendering each track solo'd and then rebuilding it from the bounced wavs
